1967 Shelby GT 500
Seller's description
When you enter the realm of American muscle cars, it does not get any better than the 1967 Shelby GT500, and when you lay your eyes on this very example it has a level of restoration to concours standard to match.
Built at San Jose, California, on 5 April 1967. It was finished, as it appears today, in Nightmist Blue with a knitted black fabric Décor interior, an extra-cooling package, courtesy lights, a fold-down rear seat, power steering, front disc brakes, and a heavy-duty battery.
It has an exemplary history file, two comprehensive photographic restoration folders and a Deluxe Marti report to add to the provenance of such a vehicle.
Restored by the UK’s leading specialist Alan Faulkner-Stevens, to concours condition, complete with original body panels. Restored regardless of costs exceeding over £100,000 for the rebuild. Signed and documented by Mr Carroll Shelby himself, this cars stands in better condition than new.
