1975 Maserati Khamsin AM 120 2+2
Seller's description
The Prototype of the Maserati Khamsin was presented to the public at the Turin Autosalon 1972. The production version of the Khamsin was presented by Maserati at the Genfer Autosalon 1973 and at the end of the year the production of the serial model started. The star designer from Bertone Marcello Gandini was the creator of this very elegant design.
This most beautiful Maserati was sold new in 1975 in Paris by Thépanier to it´s first owner, Dr. Peron of Neuilly. 34 years ago the vehicle went into storage and remained there until 2014, when the current owner purchased the car from Dr. Perons widow. This Khamsin is in an exceptionally original condition and still has its paper labels on the Campagnolo wheels and the chassis numbers in chalk on the interior of the doors! The car is straight out of the 1970s! It covered a very low mileage and almost no traces of usage. The original French registration is with the car.
